Share Your Organization's Resources at the 10th Annual Diversity in Medicine Conference

Connect your organization directly with community health workers, birthworkers, aspiring healthcare professionals, and community members who are passionate about advancing health equity. The Community Resource Fair takes place during the 10th Annual Diversity in Medicine Conference on Saturday, September 26, from 12:00–4:00 p.m. at Franklin & Marshall College, in Lancaster, PA. This dedicated space allows nonprofits, grassroots organizations, community-based organizations, public servants, and health equity programs to share resources, build relationships, and connect conference attendees with services that improve community health and well-being.

Vendor tables are $40 and are reserved for organizations providing information, education, resources, and community services. Tables are not intended for the sale of products or services.

Space is limited. Interested organizations must complete a vendor application, and all applications will be reviewed for approval. Please scroll down to complete the application.

Community Resource Fair FAQ

  • Nonprofits, grassroots groups, government agencies, faith-based organizations, and other community-based organizations sharing health information, programs, or resources with attendees. This table type is reserved for information-sharing for community health workers, we will not accept organizations looking to sell goods or services.

  • No, one 6ft table and one chair is provided for each accepted vendor.

  • Accepted vendors will receive an email at the email address provided on application form by Sept 5, 2026.

  • Payment is due by check no later than Sept 16, 2026. Please follow instructions included on invoice. Vendor registration is confirmed upon receipt of payment.
