Summer Internship Application

Join our internship program from June 1 -July 24th.

We are excited to announce summer internship opportunities for college students and recent graduates passionate about health equity, community engagement, and increasing diversity in medicine. Our internships provide hands-on experience across multiple facets of nonprofit work — from coordinating large-scale conferences and supporting community health initiatives to managing public-facing events and conducting meaningful research. Each role is designed to develop practical skills while contributing directly to programs that eliminate health disparities and create pathways for underrepresented students pursuing healthcare careers.

We're looking for self-directed, organized students who bring strong communication skills and a genuine commitment to our mission. Whether you're interested in event logistics, educational programming, research, or community outreach, you'll work alongside our team to make tangible impact. Internships run June 1 through July 24th with flexible scheduling options, and selected candidates will gain valuable nonprofit experience, professional mentorship, and the opportunity to build meaningful connections within the health equity field.
